Toronto Real Estate
Toronto real estate has experienced strong growth especially in the downtown core over the past number of years. I purchased a condo in downtown Toronto in 1999 and can think of at least a half dozen condominium buildings that have been built within two blocks of my condo during that time alone. 
If you visit the downtown Toronto area, you’ll most likely see a construction site and many large cranes are visible throughout the city. Toronto is growing quickly and there are many former parking lots being closed and many old buildings being knocked down to build new condominium developments.
